Throughout the program, students will explore yoga's physical, mental, and spiritual aspects, including asana, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, and philosophy. They will also learn about the history and lineage of yoga and the ethics and responsibilities of being a yoga teacher.

Tuition.

A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due upon approval of your application, which holds your spot in Rooted Heart Yoga’s Teacher Training.

$2,833.00 remainder of tuition after deposit.

For a total of $3,333.00 due before the first day of training.
